Terms and Conditions of Sale

You must read carefully the provisions that follow as they constitute a contract establishing the general conditions of the products and services of the electronic catalog (or store) of the Company GoBeldi.
The « click » that you will execute after filling in your order form constitutes the validation of your order and will be considered as irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.
Consequently, you can only order products or services if you accept the conditions provided below.
1. Preamble
The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the web catalog of GoBeldi. Any order placed on this site implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
2. Object
This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products of the company GoBeldi, on the Internet, through the platform www.gobeldi.com, a service and trademark registered by GoBeldi S.A.
3. Definitions
In the following contract, each of the expressions mentioned above will be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:
- "Distance contract" : any contract concerning goods or services between the Company GoBeldi and a Consumer within the framework of a system of sale or provision of services at a distance organized by the Company GoBeldi which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
- "Consumer" : any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their professional activity.
- "Order form" : document which indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him by « double click » to commit him.
- "Order" : act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and the Company GoBeldi to deliver them.
4. Product
All products in the catalog are marketed until stocks are exhausted.
The company GoBeldi reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog, and this without notice, it cannot in any case be held liable to compensate or cancel an order following the impossibility of using the purchased product for a reason of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.
5. Place an order
After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the « order » button, the product is then added to your order form.
You can modify your order form at any time and you can return to the catalog by clicking on continue shopping.
When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the order button « pay ».
In case of error on your part, at the time of your entry on the order form, we advise you to send us within 24 hours a cancellation request by e-mail; After cancellation of the order by GoBeldi, you can order again.
6. Price
The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirhams excluding tax, are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order.
VAT is calculated in the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan DH.
Any change in the rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products.
7. Order execution
The order will be executed at the latest within a period of 7 days from the day following the one on which the Consumer placed his order.
In case of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility to cancel his order.
He will then have the choice to request either the refund of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of the Product.
8. Delivery
Delivery is not provided by GoBeldi, the customer will collect his goods at the delivery address indicated on his Order form.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order form. The Consumer is required to check the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note as well as to the Company GoBeldi within one day.
The Consumer can, upon request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order form.
How much does delivery cost?
- Transport costs are borne by the buyer,
- In Morocco and abroad, they are based on Tawssil rates for registered mail.
- Our rates are inclusive of tax and are calculated on the basis of the weight of the products.
- The transport cost of your delivery is indicated on your invoice.
- It decreases with the quantity ordered. It is best to group your orders.
What are the delivery times?
- Your order is shipped within 48 hours, subject to stock availability, after receipt of your payment.
- In Morocco and abroad, items will be sent to you by registered mail.
- Any delays cannot give rise to damages, cancellation of the order, or refusal to take delivery.
9. Payment method
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by GoBeldi on the payment page.
In this case, the transaction for debiting your account is made on the day following the date of delivery confirmation.
Your payments are secured by the Interbank Monetic Center (CMI) which offers a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees the Company GoBeldi that he has the possibly necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating the Order form.
In case of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer between the Company GoBeldi and its bank apply.
10. Data confidentiality
The information requested from you is necessary for the processing of your order and is treated confidentially.
You have a right of rectification relating to data concerning you.
You may receive advertisements from GoBeldi unless you have stipulated that you refuse the use of your personal data for these purposes.
11. Cancel an order paid by bank card
You may cancel an order paid by bank card before its shipment by contacting us by email at info@gobeldi.com within 24 hours of validating your order. In case of accepted cancellation, the refund will be made to the bank card used for payment within a maximum period of 30 days from the cancellation date. If the order has already been shipped, the provisions relating to the right of withdrawal (section 12) apply.
12. Right of withdrawal
From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, and be fully refunded. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect resale condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.
13. Warranty
All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In case of return of equipment that is not defective, transport and handling costs may be charged to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence.
14. Proof of transactions paid by bank card
The data recorded by the CMI on the payment platform on behalf of GoBeldi constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and the company GoBeldi.
15. Force majeure
GoBeldi is only bound for the execution of its obligations insofar as no force majeure event comes to hinder them.
